We accept most insurance plans. Patients with Medicare, PPO, or paying out of pocket do not need a referral.
Patients with HMO insurance will need a referral from their primary care physician.

For patients who do not have insurance or funds immediately available, we have an established relationship with third party surgery financing via Prosper Healthcare Lending to fund expenses. Once you and your surgeon decide on the type of surgery you need, our staff will be happy to assist you and get your surgery financing in order.
